All hair accessories, sale items, and personlaized orders are FINAL sale. All other merchandise is returnable for store credit with invoice within 14 days. If a gift receipt is given, the item can be returned within 60 days.
Returns can be made in the shop or shipped back at the customers expense, in order to receive store credit/exchange.
